Tonight you'll see fire sales and smoke outs. Hundreds of pharmacies are closing at midnight because the state wants their share. I'll have to register, much like a sex offender, with the state in order to be exempt from paying one of the three taxes on medicine. But it'll all be in the state stores where quality has yet to match the pharmacies and where prices are largely still unrealistic.
