Been a while, but this is like a dream at this point.
Who knew it was Chris that was bogging down the band, the direction, the performances, etc, since 1998? More so, since the back end of the reunion, where it's all now so clear as to why Lions, Warpaint and Before the Frost all come off so incomplete and lacking in a cohesive direction. Direction isn't even all that important, if the songs are there, but nope, they were missing a key component.....
I just can't believe we're finally going to get it, 21 years later after a really good album was recorded in Nashville.
Cannot wait for 8.10.
