To have that confidence of announcing one album, and then another already completed (I guess?) for 2019 is pretty cocky. And, it certainly benefits the fans knowing that 2 years of album release and touring appears to be a real thing.
Back in 2006/2007, that didn't appear to be a reality at all, as they just kept touring to hide the idea that Chris and Rich had no songs.
