A few years back I'd have predicted that, at minimum, one of those cats who were backing the brothers last night would get the boot...if for no other reason than the fact that somebody wasn't swinging right or somebody just couldn't keep up with the rest of the band.
In this case however, there are 4 people up there who are all going to be "the guy who isn't swinging right" on any given night during any one of the 15 songs they're tasked to learn.
It'd be draining and distracting to get mad on stage at somebody different every night, or even one guy, but it's a whole lot easier to accept when you've got $100 bills falling out of your new suit's pockets.
I watched the clip of the first few songs from the Bowery, and I think after Sister Luck I heard a beaming, awestruck guy in the crowd gushing, "Wow!" That's life, isn't it?
