On one hand, I do get the BCs' attitude of "Hey, this is how we are doing things now. We're happy with that and we hope you like it." It is somewhat in keeping with their (non-BYS era) traditions. But on the other, I think that could be used to justify a lazier, mail it in approach. (That's not my attitude about their current incarnation. I haven't seen them yet, so can't comment on it.)
I don't get how Soul Singing has caught on like it has. Makes no damn sense to me.
